High-Density Cable Manager

Overview

Purpose

A steep rise in the usage of patch panels per rack and the introduction of angular jack panels has contributed tremendously towards an increase in demand for high-density cable management solutions. High-density Cable Managers were introduced to cater to this very demand.

The frame for the cable managers is created using steel sheets that are punched, formed, welded and then powder coated. The doors of the managers are made out of sheet/aluminum sheets that are punched, formed and powder coated. All the steps are undertaken in the strictest environments to maintain stringent, high standards of the end product.

Construction

The combination of materials used during construction, from steel, powder-coated frames to polycarbonate fingers lend strength and durability to the structure, helping it support large quantities of cables.

Design

The standard configuration of the cable managers is 6”, 8”, 12” & 15” and they come with unique double-hinged doors attached to the back and front. Removable fingers made out of polycarbonate materials are added to attach these doors to the frame.

The smart management system is bolted to an open rack instead of the floor. This simple feature has manifold benefits, from better alignment to a clutter-free aesthetic.

As far as the doors are concerned, these managers are available in both front and front-back variants. The front-back doors offer excellent usability as they allow you to open the doors from both left to right and right to left for ease of management.

Cable Management

The High Density Cable Manager is designed for improved cable management through the introduction of multiple cable spools and slots in the centre. The polycarbonate fingers further enhance the design by preventing any possible cable damage.
