Outdoor Floor Mount Racks

Overview

Purpose

The Outdoor Floor Mount Racks by Hardy Racks are designed specifically for outdoor applications. These racks are highly weather-proof and resistant to atmospheric corrosion, making them ideal for prolonged outdoor usage.

The design also features multiple accessories and a perforated frame which come together to create a modular and highly flexible piece of hardware that can be used for multiple things. Stable temperatures are achieved through the use of exhaust fans, cooling units, heat exchangers and heating facilities for a healthy storage environment.

The racks are made using GI sheets that are punched, formed and welded to create hardware that can withstand both high and low temperatures. The sharp, clean lines and an internal vent system have been added to increase their durability. Furthermore, UV ray protection is also added to the design with the use of powder-coating.

Design

Heightened levels of protection are achieved through a compact structure that does not allow access to lever-like tools. IK10 mechanical protection is also included as a level of defence against serious violence.

Structure

Pre-galvanized iron (GI) steel sheets coated with zinc are used for the structure of the racks. Along with this, you will also find parts that are hot-dip galvanized and electro-galvanized forming a hybrid structure that resists atmospheric corrosion and acts as a shield against moisture and gases.

Special attention is given to the raw materials, designs and manufacturing processes of these racks to make sure that they conform to the general industry standards or DIN 41494.

Mounting

Adjustable mounting slots added to the racks along with 19” equipment mounting angles with U marking make for a more flexible design that offers greater mounting space. Ventilation is provided through the top and bottom panels. Also on the panels is the cable entry facility and the mounting facility for the cooling fans. Additionally, cooling fans can also be added to the front doors.

Construction

The precision engineering and excellent software configuration technology used in the construction allow these racks by Hardy Racks to enjoy an enhanced quality and fast delivery. Different variants can be found between the range of 7U~36 variants with a depth of 650 & 800mm. When it comes to installation, you can also choose between grounding and bonding.

PU non-porous gaskets are used in the racks for their high tolerance for extreme temperatures. IP55 dust and water protection are also offered by the hardware along with protection against vandalism. The latter is achieved through side panels, rear panels and well-fitted roofs that are screwed or welded from the inside and equipped with closed hinges and compact metal handles.

The racks also undergo seven tank pretreatment when powder coating in order to meet the industry standards and make these racks truly durable.
