What We Do

Laser Cutting

We have 2kv Amada cnc Laser cutting Fiber technology machines. We offer highly precise cutting with minimal waste and can assure accuracy of plus or minus 0.05mm minimum. We have the capability to cut a variety of materials, including Crca, Hrca, Stainless Steel, Galvanized Iron, and Aluminum Sheet. Maximum cutting dimensions are 1500 x 3000 x 16 mm.

Turret Punching

We have Turret Punch machines with high density brush tables that provide precision cutting quality with minimal waste, and we can punch a variety of various metals. Crca, Hrca, Stainless Steel, Galvanized Iron, Aluminum, and even some copper and brass sheet

Bending

Welding

We have Mig welding setup with fabrication. MIG, TIG and Spot welding, which is crucial in the process of metal parts fabrication and components. Welding is done in accordance with international standards, such as AWS D1.1 and ASME Section IX. We are also performing leak-proof welding.

Riveting

Hardy Racks has Riveting technology machine. we can performed clinching any type of fasteners like clinch nuts, Studs, Stand off and hexagonal Rivets, etc..

Stud Weld

We are performing Stud welding process by which a metal stud, also referred to as a weld stud, is joined to a metal work piece by heating both parts with an arc. stud welding from other fastening processes is that the fastener is attached to the work piece without marring the other side.

Drilling & Tapping

We are engaging in process such as Countersink, Tapping, and Drilling
